Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Some Asian regions and remote areas may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Important: For hygiene reasons, batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt Batting Gloves) and bat grips are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team

- Product details
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) with original packaging and include your RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
