Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt Batting Gloves) and bat grips are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, follow the return process above and specify that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
